Community Close Outs and Exciting News

This week at Riverwood Homes, we have some exciting news on our current and upcoming communities! We are also introducing new design/ layout options for some of our floor plans.

Fun News: 

You can now choose different layout options when personalizing your home! To try this feature just go to any floor plan on our website and click the “Personalize Home” option. You will see different layout options such as “Option A,” “Option B,” and “Option C.”  (Click HERE for a demo video)

 What’s New in Our Communities: 

Hunt Farms: Hunt Farms in Lowell will be coming soon! Here in the next following months, we will have our floor plans and pricing on our website. We are so excited to start this community. If you are interested in being added to our VIP-Coming Soon list to receive updates, please call Kyla at 479-265-5621. 

Sloanbrooke: Our long-standing community in Fayetteville is nearing Close Out! With Phase 7 being our last Phase and only 5 homes left and 8 lots left, we will be sad to say goodbye! If you are interested in calling the Fayetteville area home, please let us know so we can find you the right spot in our Sloanbrooke community before it's too late! 

Southwinds:  Southwinds is closing out! With almost 3 phases and 220 completed homes, we will have a hard time saying farewell! Contact us soon if you’re interested in this community because we only have 5 homes remaining!
